Account Manager - Eastern Germany

Based in Winschoten, Netherlands, we operate with a dedicated team of over 50 professionals, committed to transforming waste into valuable resources and fostering a sustainable circular economy.

What You’ll Do

· Independently manage the buying and selling of waste paper and plastics within the Eastern German sales region.

· Conduct regular customer visits to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and suppliers.

· Prepare market and visit reports to analyze trends and identify commercial opportunities.

· Negotiate contracts and prepare offers.

· Address customer complaints promptly and effectively.

· Collaborate closely with colleagues in various departments and in the field.

· Represent the company at trade fairs and industry events.

· Organize and coordinate transportation logistics in collaboration with internal teams and service providers.

· Contribute and assist in implementing sales strategies.

Who We’re Looking For

· Strong background in commerce or a comparable qualification.

· Knowledge of purchasing and sales; experience in recycling is advantageous.

· Willingness to learn, grow, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

· Independent, goal-oriented and assertive work ethic.

· Residence in Thuringia, Hessen, or Niedersachsen is preferred.

· Fluent in German with proficient English skills; knowledge of additional languages is a bonus.

· Proficient in digital tools (CRM, Microsoft Office, etc.).

· Willingness to travel several days a week, holding a valid Driver’s License (B).
