Hello!
We are Waste Paper Trade C.V.. An international company based in Winschoten, with legal entities in countries such as Poland, the UK, Italy, Germany, Spain, Denmark, Sweden, Croatia, France, and Czechia. Our company works with recycling and manufacturing businesses by buying and selling recovered materials, with our main focus being in waste paper and board. We organise the transportation, legal documentation, and general logistics to ensure the materials are collected and delivered to the upmost efficiency.
We are excited to collaborate with international students in Groningen whose studies focus on international business and/or marketing. At present, we are looking to expand our activities within the EU, with a particular focus on Italy.
To support this, we are offering a paid internship for Italian-speaking students who are eager to apply their marketing and business knowledge in a practical setting. The role will involve:
- Contributing to the development of a market entry strategy for the Italian paper and board recycling sector.
- Assisting with research on the Italian waste paper market.
- Writing communication materials in Italian for business outreach.
This is a great opportunity for students to gain hands-on experience in international business development while supporting our mission to grow sustainably across Europe.
We ideally are looking for someone to start in February 2026.
